This website provides information and links for contacting Kyle. It does not have online booking, payment or enquiry forms. It does not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the website. Foldmere maintains the website.
When you contact Kyle
If you choose email, phone or WhatsApp, Kyle receives the contact details and information you provide. He uses these to answer your enquiry and discuss or arrange coaching. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or legitimate interests in responding to general enquiries. Please avoid sending medical information or other sensitive details in an initial enquiry.
Email and messaging services process information under their own privacy terms. Links to WhatsApp and Instagram take you to services operated by Meta; email opens your chosen email service. No message is sent simply by visiting this site.
Keeping and protecting information
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting service, or to meet applicable legal obligations. Contact Kyle to ask about the information held about you or request deletion. Information required for an ongoing service or a legal obligation may need to be retained.
